Job Duties: Promotes Sales Marketing for Korean Market with Korean Travel Agencies, Vendors and Distributors. Prepares Sales & Marketing reports for Headquarter Office (Seoul, Korea) in Korean and English translation whenever necessary. Prepares annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales status report in Korean and English languages. Sets up strategic management, sales & marketing plans by country in Korean and English languages. Prepares plans for an annual budget of Sales & Marketing revenue in Korean and English languages. Presents a detailed analysis of markets (Japan, Korea, Russia, China, and CNMI) in Korean and English languages. Supports the sales & marketing action through monitoring of daily sales status. Setting up and following up the Sales & Marketing data analysis system. Forecasting sales of Saipan World Resort. Performs other duties as assign by the General Manager and Top Management in Korea. O-Net: •Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text. •Seek and provide information to help companies determine their position in the marketplace. •Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution. •Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand. •Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data. •Monitor industry statistics and follow trends in trade literature. •Measure and assess customer and employee satisfaction. •Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies. •Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data. •Attend staff conferences to provide management with information and proposals concerning the promotion, distribution, design, and pricing of company products or services.
Qualification Requirements: Employer Preference: Must be a high school graduate and must possess 3 yrs. experience supervisory skills. At least 1-2 years experience of hotel operation or tour agency. Korean speaking preferred. O-Net: Title Job Zone Four: Considerable Preparation Needed Education Most of these occupations require a four-year bachelor's degree, but some do not.
