| Job Duties: | Responsible in the daily direction, supervision and scheduling of manpower crew. Handles construction projects. Executes horizontal & vertical construction. Responsible to meet construction site schedule on time without delay and recommend change orders based on design changes. Coordinates with the owner site inspector and quality control. Responsible in meeting the cost account budget for each construction activity and report of any anticipated account over-runs. Schedules materials, equipment and manpower requirements. Supervises subcontractors. Impose safety and quality control at the jobsite. Interprets and execute drawing plan on site. prepares and submit cost estimate proposal,negotiate and discuss with prospective clients. Works directly under the supervision of Project Engineer and other related duties. |
