Job Duties: | Assists with the Front Office operations, including a Call Center, Concierge, Tour Desk and Guest Service operations. Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and grounds for cleanliness and appearance. Greet and register guests. Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel policies and services, and resolve occupants' complaints. Monitor the revenue activity of the hotel or facility. Train staff members. Observe and monitor staff performance to ensure efficient operations and adherence to facility's policies and procedures. Coordinate front-office activities of hotels or motels, and resolve problems. Participate in financial activities such as the setting of room rates, the establishment of budgets, and the allocation of funds to departments. Collect payments and record data pertaining to funds and expenditures. Manage and maintain temporary or permanent lodging facilities. |

Qualification Requirements: | Must have the ability to train employees to ensure standards of the hotel are met. Minimum of five (5) years of hotel/hospitality is required. Minimum of two (2) years of previous experience managing the Front Office of a hotel is required. Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary. Must be able to solve guest complaints and work in a high-pressured environment. Must be able to speak and understand one or more of the following languages: Korean, Japanese or Russian; Must be able to work graveyard shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays. |
