Ensures that all reports required by the gaming commission are submitted and completed in a timely manner. Maintains high employee morale and good customer relations. Observes workers on a shift by shift basis. Prepares detailed reports on matters investigated. Assists in employee training. Performs other related duties as directed by Manager. |
