| Job Duties: | To translate all verbal and written company communications between Chinese and English languages.Accompany and assist the CEO,CFO and any other senior management of the company as the appointed and lead Chinese translator for all business transactions,contracts,agreements and formal negotiations in China and the United States. Applicant must be able to handle and manage all written and verbal communications as well as be prepared to provide accurate and detailed financial interpretations of corporate negotiations with Chinese foreign and domestic companies.Applicant must be available to the company 24 hrs per day on-call and be able to travel abroad at a moment's notice. |
