| Job Duties: | Manage, supervises and coordinates activities and work for workers engaged in construction, installation, testing, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment and accessories, of plumbing fixtures and of overall building infrastructure of hotel and related businesses. Makes recommendations and or acts on recommendations of management to renovate and refurbish building and amenities, or to change floor plans and designs of buildings and interiors of the hotel buildings to make room improvements there to, including but not limited to swimming pools, electrical fixtures, plumbing, air conditioning and refrigeration units, and ground maintenance machinery and equipment such as riding mowers, bush cutters and other heavy equipment necessary in the completion of tasks of maintenance staff maintaining management transaction and estimated work hour requirements and assigns staff accordingly. Keep records of trouble reports and repair made. Makes recommendation for purchase of needed materials from off-island suppliers in line with changes in design and plans and procures same from countries like Japan, Korea, China, Indonesia, and U.S. mainland. |
