| Job Duties: | Operates various mechanized cleaning equipment like vacuums, floor polishers, etc. Maintain facility in a sanitary and infection free condition. Must handle various chemicals and cleaning supplies and equipment and use safety precautions in all house keeping services. Keeps premises of the office building, apartment, house or other commercial institutional building in clean and orderly condition; cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, wax floor, carpet cleaning, sweep, mop, disinfect restrooms, collect trash, perform lawn mowing, bush cutting and other related duties as assigned. |

Note: work load varies from ON-CALL-BASIS. |
