| Job Duties: | Installs, maintains and repairs machinery, equipment such as chilled water cooling system, cooling towers, reverse osmosis water treatment, AHU mechanical equipment, time delayed electrical equipment and biochemical feed pumps in commercial establishment. Installs, maintains and repairs physical structures, pipe and electrical systems in commercial establishment. Follow specifications, blueprints, manuals and schematic drawings using hand tools, power tools, hoist, crane and measuring and testing instruments. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High School graduate or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment. Knowledge of Biochemical water treatment. Knowledge of Basic Electrical for 120, 208, 277, 480 volts. Minimum of 3 years welding experience required. Minimum of 5 years plumbing experience required. Must be able to lift 70 lbs or more. Ability to work flexible hours/shifts, including weekends, nights, midnight hours and observed holidays. |
