| Job Duties: | ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY: Maintain and repair property using variety of machine tools and equipment. Repair plumbing and electrical systems on all client's/customer's property. Cleans, washes windows empties trash cans and dump trash at the government disposable site. Paint interior and exterior walls. Cuts grass and trims weeds using lawn mower and weed trimmer. Digs flower beds and plants flowers using gardening tools. Cultivate and harvest fruits. Clean and maintain swimming pool using chlorine. Receives written work orders or verbal instructions from the clients or customers. Other related duties as assign. |
