| Job Duties: | Monitor and reconcile daily sales and prepare deposits on a daily basis. Prepares bi-weekly payroll. Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual tax returns. Securing and renewing business licenses, permits and other requirements for compliance with Government regulations. Monitor, analyze Accounts Receivable and collect customers accounts due. Analyze company's expenses and process payment to vendors. Gather, calculate landed cost of items received for resale and determine selling price. Responsible for inventory management and control. Maintain, implement, and recommend Accounting procedures and controls that can be beneficial to the company. Report to management regarding finances of the company. Perform other related duty as may be necessary. |
