| Job Duties: | Responsible for providing food and beverage service to all guests/customers, ensuring maximum satisfaction and increased departmental revenue in a manner consistent with standards and in line with established operating policies and procedures. Must have good communication skills, both verbal and written. Assist in bidding and seating the guests. Receives, writes, places, pick-up and serves food and beverage orders. Serves food and beverage according to guest's orders. Sets tables as per food ordered. Sets tables for different meal periods. Prepares all mis-en place set-ups in the restaurant. Clears soiled dishes and bring these to steward section for washing. Must keep all work areas neat and clean at all times. Carries out all reasonable and or perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor, Managers and Directress. |
