| Job Duties: | Responsible for collecting, reviewing and analyzing all revenues generated in the Hotel for the day through the PMS Fidelio and POS system and to record timely, accurately, properly valued, correctly classified and report discrepancies on a timely basis. Reconcile total outlet sales to total charges, reconcile revenue, finalize Food Cover Report and prepares the Daily Revenue Journal on a day to day basis. Control all Food and Beverage sales on a timely basis. Verify that all related controls are being adhered to. Willing to perform other related duties/functions that may be assign to do so. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have a College Degree in Hotel Management or Accounting. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in hotel night audit; Finance and Accounting knowledge in U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles; Knowledge on the Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry Analytical thinking; Able to do multi-tasking; Proficiency in Microsoft Office software Word and Excel; Proficiency in PMS (Fidelio), POS, System, MAS90 Accounting Software. Must be flexible at all times and a definite Team Player. U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder preferred. |
