| Job Duties: | To maintain and repair all hotel and staff house (cluster 9) building woodwork & equipments. Responsible for repair, fabrication and installation of needed structures like cabinets, counters, doors, building framework and others. Responsible for building and repair of ceiling, roof, walls, partitions, doors, windows and floor repair and maintenance. To perform other jobs like glass installation in windows, doors & partitions, repair, and installation of tiles & other coverings in ceiling, walls and floors, lockset repair and installation, light switches and wall fan installation replacement and installation. To assist in engineering daily operation and attend to any job request pertaining to building maintenance. To assist to other section where their assistance is crucial. To assist in setting up requirements for F&B or any hotel functions. Such requirements must not be confined to stages and backdrop set up but any other decorations requested as long as that jobs are within his legal duties. To perform other duties as assigned. |

Graduate form Trade School in any electrical course is preferable, and must have to 2 years experience in the building and equipments maintenance, repair, installation or construction. Must know how to fabricate cabinet, counter, door, window or others wooden equipments needed. Must be a flexible and a definite Team Player. U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder preferred. |
