| Job Title: | Housekeeping Supervisor |
| Job Duties: | Supervise the work of Room associates to ensure all guest rooms and corridors are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness and tidiness to ensure guest satisfaction. Monitor that occupied rooms are serviced and those check out rooms are serviced based on the arrival time of the next guest. Inspect occupied and non-occupied guest rooms, guest areas, and public areas and takes corrective measures in order to meet established standards and terms of cleanliness, maintenance, supplies, safety and security. Also check that equipments are given proper care and maintenance while being used. Inspect all arrival rooms to ensure proper standards of set up, cleanliness and all equipments are in proper condition and functioning for check in. Update room status in the Property management system (PMS), Print report from PMS. Update and follow up Out of Order room. Communicate throughout the day with the Front Desk office, Engineering office and other concerned departments to make sure total guest satisfaction. Coordinate, schedule with Exterminator outsource company, Engineering, Kitchen and Room Reservation to spray or fogging at guest room, outlet, public area and offices to avoid guest complain by insects. To perform other duties as assigned. |
