Job Duties: | Observe Front Desk, Guest Relation Officer, Bellman-Driver, Masseuses, ARC Shop Staff, Pool attendant and Reservation make certain that established procedures are completed in accordance with policy and procedure, i.e., proper public relations techniques are utilized, guests are handled both courteously and professionally, proper identification and credit are established and all posting, cash transactions, account settlements and deposits are handled correctly. Guest complaints and problems are handled in a courteous and professional manner, and ensure follow through. Assisting room inventories. Responsible for communicating, addressing and resolving customers issues in a positive manner. Cooperate and communicate with other department. Answer reservation calls in an efficient and courteous manner. Obtain the necessary information from the guests and enter it into PMS and generate PMS report. Use suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms and to promote other services of the hotel. Process all incoming reservations received via facsimiles, e-mailed or in-house correspondence. Confirmation and literature requests or reply via facsimile and administrative message when requested. Inform Front office teams, ensuring that proper selling strategies are sold and ll standard operating procedures are in place and adhered too. Assist PHR Tokyo and Manage local web site and third party web site. Assisting in overbooking reservation properly. Prepare Weekly Room Reservation Status Report and Daily Room Available Report. Update Summary of related all Room Benefits and Amenities. Assist to take care of Hotel Site Inspection. Supervise Overall Daily, Monthly Hotel Revenue coming from Night Front Desk Clerk and Night Auditor including Charging and Collecting. Assist Front Office Operation. Must be able to read, write, understand and speak Korean Language since this employee will be handling Korean Guests. To perform other duties as assigned. |

Minimum two (2) years experience of Front Office Supervisory or related discipline experience. Must be flexible and a definite Team Player. U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder preferred. |
