Job Title: Management Accountant
Job Duties: Using current figures, you will be expected to look for ways of saving the organization money and improving profitability and growth. Ensure the organization is compliant with financial governance requirements. Manage a financial team, prepare financial statements and ensure spending is in line with budget, analyze the organization's financial performance and make long term forecasts. Prepare forecasts, budgets, profits and loss statements and compliance report for the organizations. Set or revise organizational policy when necessary.

Qualification Requirements: Must have in-depth understanding of the hotel industry and clear understanding of the integration of various hotel's bookkeeping, accounting and reporting function. BS in accounting and minimum 7 years progressive experience in finance and accounting management preferably in a hotel of high volume. Proficient in the use of SAP, R3, FICO software and other hotel's front office and POS systems. Must have a clear understanding of internal audits and annual audits. Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. Must be willing to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays when necessary.
