Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor
Job Duties: Assist the F&B Operation Manager in planning, organizing, directing and maintaining the overall F&B operation of te outlets. Providing food and beverage service to all guests/customers, ensuring maximum satisfaction and increased departmental revenue in a manner consistent with standards and in line with established operating policies and procedures. Make transactions for any banquet event inquiry and able to materializes such event. Able to prepare any event order ahead of time with such detailed information. Make Early Bird and Monthly Management Report every month. Familiarizes works in F&B Administration and Reservation. Able to make any F&B Action Plan. Able to create any event flyers. Able to perform CPR and AED as such emergency situation arises. Studies and evaluates smooth and efficient operations. Designates and assigns responsibilities and side duties to subordinates. Submit performance evaluation of subordinates on the required periods. Receives, writes, places, pick-up and serves food and beverage orders. Make weekly requisition of all general, food and beverage supplies as well as monitor the usage with records. Execute and implement any event order for banquet functions. Responsible in performing cashiering functions eith at the outlets, restaurants, bars, front desk, store or functions. Must be responsible in preparing guest check/order slip, all charges had been entered on the guests checks, Fidelio and at the same time payment are collected and properly recorded. Responsible in safekeeping payment money, change fund, checks and other valuable items in relation to cashiering duty. Performs basic computer skills. Must keep all work areas neat and clean. Perform other duties as assigned.
High School Diploma Required? Undetermined
Qualification Requirements: Must be a High School Graduate or GED Equivalent. Required more than two (2) years work experience as Food and Beverage Dining Supervisory. F&B Administrative and Reservation. French dining service culinary and wine Sommelier, sales and service background required. Must flexible and a definite Team Player. U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder preferred.
