Job Title: | Bartender/Restaurant Supervisor |
Job Duties: | Responsible for efficient preparation, mixing and serving quality alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage drinks according to standard recipe manual. Providing food and beverage service to all guests/customers, ensuring maximum satisfaction and increased departmental revenue in a manner consistent with standards and in line with hotel policies and procedures. Works in Bar preparing mixing and serving beverages to guests. Works in Restaurants, Waits, Serve, Dishout soiled dishes, prepare table for guests. Perform Bartenders showmanship, flaring bottles behind the Bar to attract guest for their entertainment. Prepare tasks as describe in job skills role. Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor, Manager or Director. |

Qualification Requirements: | Graduate Hotel and Restaurant Management or These occupations usually require a high school diploma. At least 4 years in Bar tending and Food and Beverage service or related field. Social personality and self motivated. Good communication with international guests.
