Job Title: Director of Sales & Marketing
Job Duties: Plans and implements sales, marketing and product development programs both short and long range, targeted towards existing and new Japan markets. Develops and implements strategic marketing plans, sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives of products and services. Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media and direct mail. Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budget. Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities. Direct sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly. Guides marketing activity reports and presents to executive management. Manages and directs staff including recruitment, selection and development to achieve company goals and objectives.

Qualification Requirements: BA in Sales & Marketing or Business with a minimum of 5 years progressive experience in management level. Demonstrated in-depth sales and marketing techniques and financial principles. Effective communication orally and written with co-management team, internal and external customers. Fluency in Japanese language is highly preferred. Must be willing to work flexible schedule including week-ends and holidays.
