Assists in the preparation of budget and profit and loss statement. Prepares monthly revenue reports and attends weekly manager's meeting. |

| Qualification Requirements: | 3 years progressive experience as a restaurant manager and preferably from a high volume restaurant or hotel. Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills are essential. Requires ability to work under pressure and time constraints. Requires much of your time on your feet, moving between different areas of restaurant outlets. Fluency in the Japanese language is highly advantageous. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early morning hours, nights, week-ends and holidays. |
