| Job Duties: | Developing sales plan and submitting periodic revenue reports ( in prior cooperation with the Finance and Planning Team). Managing daily cash flow: reporting daily sales and depositing cash sales. Receipts and management of supplies and facility maintenance. Pass/membership sales and accounting. Managing outlet supplies inventory and submitting purchase/usage reports. Operating the Membership program Maintaining the outlet area in a clean and sanitary condition. Maintaining members services and sales including membership fees and reporting status of other facilities and businesses in the same industry. Maintenance and sales of merchandise on hand including designating sale prices and reporting status of other facilities and businesses in the same industry. Receiving and resolving guest complains in cooperation with the Front Desk Team. Developing promotional and marketing plans for increasing revenue in-house, local market promotional sales, etc. and other marketing activities in prior consultation with the Finance & Planning Team. Developing massage programs and merchandise and establishing operational policies in prior consultation with the Finance & Planning Team. Any other duties that may be assigned by the Team Manager, Department Director and/or the General Manager. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High School graduate or equivalent required. Minimum three years experience working in a hotel outlet required. Experience in managing hotel outlets or a fitness club strongly preferred. Must have excellent people skills, willingness to provide service, friendly attitude and a ready smile. |
