| Job Duties: | Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule. Duties include reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules; conferring with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates; and compiling reports on progress of work, inventory levels, costs, and production problems. Directs and coordinates, through subordinate supervisory personnel, activities concerned with production of company products, utilizing knowledge of product technology, production methods and procedures, and capabilities of machines and equipments; confers with management personnel to establish production and quality control standards, develops cost control, and to obtain data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of products ordered. Plans and directs production activities and establishes production priorities for products in keeping with effective operations and cost factors. Coordinate production activities with procurement, maintenance, quality control activities to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment. Reviews and analyzes production, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to determine causes of nonconformity with product specifications, and operating of production problems. Develops and implements operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve product quality. Revise production schedules and priorities as result of equipment failure or operating problems. Consults with technician personnel relative to modification of machines and equipment in order to improve production and quality of products. May compile, store, and retrieve production data using computer and other duties as needed. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Candidate must possess at least a College Degree in Food Technology, Food processing or other related courses and/or equivalent work experience. • Employees in these occupations usually need one or two years of training involving both on-the-job experience and informal training with experienced workers. A recognized apprenticeship program may be associated with these occupations. working experience in handling Production Operations in an industry preferably in a bakery manufacturing. • With excellent baking skills • Possesses strong leadership skills, and should be able to deal effectively with employees in all levels of the organization and able to build staff capabilities. • Keen to details, flexible and hardworking. • Innovative, teamplayer and works effectively with others • Can work on flexible shift |
