| Job Duties: | Reconcile bank accounts;checking (cash & credit card transaction),payroll and savings account. Prepare customers monthly billing and analyze accounts receivable for each clients. Prepare checks for payment and maintain accounts payable ledger for each vendor. Compute employees' time card & prepare payroll. Posting of cash receipt journal & prepare bank deposit for collection & cash sales. Prepare tax-related information for filling. Apply principle of accounting to anaylze financial information. Prepare financial report using Peachtree Accounting System. Analyze financial information detailing assets, liability and capital, and prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize current financial position of the company. Prepare and maintain yearly budget and analyzes business operation to provide advice to management. Assist with factory operations and customers inquiries for price proposal; purchase for supplies; and office operations such as company communication, received items from customers for service and other related duties as assigned. |
