Job Duties: | 1) Direct and coordinate company sales and marketing activities, particularly Japanese tourists. 2) Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology. 3) Direct and oversee the company marketing function to identify and develop new customers for product and services. 4) Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new product development in coordination with the Regional Vice President Sales and Marketing. 5) Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results. 6) Plan and coordinate public affairs, and communication efforts, to include public relations and community outreach. 7) Supervise the planning and development of company marketing and communications materials. 8) Represent the company at various community and/or tourists related meetings to promote the company. 9) Build business/market share by thinking of new ways to promote the company and by participating in local events to increase sales and profits. 10) Develop and maintain positive relationship within the business and social community. 11) Establish and implements short-and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures. 12) Supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotions programs. 13) Coordinate with Regional Vice President Sales and Marketing with regards to annual Sales and Marketing Plan. 14) Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate department staff. 15) Other duties to be assigned from time to time by your immediate Supervisor. Please note: Work hours is minimum of 8 hours per day or minimum of 40 hours per week but maybe extended as required by operations. |

Qualification Requirements: | - Japanese reading and writing preferred. - Willing to work flexible hours - Able to work with little supervision. - Minimum of 4 yrs. experience with international hotels, travelagents, and/or international entertainment restaurant chains. - Exceptional skills in MS Excel and Word. - Result and detail oriented. |
