| Job Title: | Building Maintenance Repairer |
| Job Duties: | Perform general repairs to buildings, fixtures,and equipment such as repairing or replacing broken doors or windows, replacing light or electrical fixtures. Renovate exterior and interior of residential and commercial buildings. Performs plumbing repairs such as repairing leaks and unplugging drains and fixtures, replacing valves and nstalling plumbing fixtures. Assists with carpentry and construction tasks such as finishing drywall, repairing doorframes, building and tearing down walls, installing ceiling and roofs. Independently installs modular work stations and assembles and repairs office furniture and equipment. Paint and repair roofs, windows, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall, and other parts of the building structure. Perform routine preventive maintenance on building generator, swimming pool, or any building facilities or equipment to ensure that building system runs smoothly.Maintain cleanliness and repair of company vehicles. Maintain and keep recors of clients and of repairs jobs. |
