| Job Duties: | 1. Responsible for schedule, sequence and assignments for work activities based on work priority, quantity of equipment and skill of personnel. 2. Monitor employees' work level and view work performance. 3. Monitor tools, parts, inventories, the condition & maintenance of shops to ensure adequate working conditions. 4. Knowledge in repair & maintenance laundry machine & dryer (Tosen brand from Japan IC programming is required for washer & dryer) 5. Facilitate & analyze information to determine needed installation, service or repair of tosen laundry machine. 6.Must have knowledge in R.O. water system & its maintenance that need to prepare a report for DEQ requirements. 7. Compile operation or personnel records, such as time & production record, inventory data, repair or maintenance statistics, or result. 8.Investigate accidents or injuries & prepare reports of findings. 9.Knowledge in OSHA and EPA standard is required. 10.Other task assign by the Manager |
