| Job Duties: | 1. Assign work schedule for each laundry staff and ensure quality & timely delivery of linen supply to hotels & customers. 2. Inspect work areas and operating equipment to maintain standard cleanliness & maintenance. 3. Proper quality control at factory in term of linen supply & delivery to hotel. 4. Checking,counting and segregating dirty clothes from hotel pickup & customer drop off. 5. Tagging each clothes to identify which is for dry cleaning & for washing. 6. Testing of clothes for possible discoloration,carefully check the texture of materials to prevent damage & taking out stain manually by using soap & chemicals from Japan. 7. Operate the dry cleaning machine & commercial washing machine. 8. Prepare invoices to hotels & customers using peachtree accounting & maintain good communication with clients. 9. Resolve customer complaints regarding worker performance & service related. 10. Other task assign by the Manager |
