Job Duties: | •Oversee the over-all operations of the business. •Conduct quarterly meeting with staff regarding business operations, staff duties and other related matters. •Assign staff duties and responsibilities. •Prepare and or review financial reports such as financial statements, compilation and audit schedules. •Meet with accountants and discuss financial reports before meeting with clients. •Prepare and or review tax returns before submission to federal or local tax office. •Meet with client and discuss details of the financial reports and tax returns. •Review proposals and quotations; discuss details with office manager before meeting with client. •Meet with potential clients and discuss details of proposals and quotations. •Review applications before submission to appropriate government offices. •Review appraisal report and discuss details with appraiser before releasing to individual clients or financial institutions. •Represent clients in Labor and Immigration matters, Revenue and Tax, Attorney General’s Office, Licensing matters, and other related transaction that may arise. •Meet with potential investors; explain tax guidelines, labor regulations, and insurance requirements in the CNMI. •Sign disbursement checks. •Approve client credit authorization. •Hire and fire employees with the approval of the Board of Directors. •Develop company policies and procedures with the approval of Board of Directors •Ensure that all employees abide with company policies and procedures. ●Report the company’s result of operations to the Board of Directors. |

Qualification Requirements: | 1.Preferably has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business. 2.Minimum 1-2 years of experience in managerial position. 3.Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting and insurance business. 4.Has knowledge in auditing. 5.Has knowledge in computer and accounting software such as Peachtree and Quickbooks. 6.Has knowledge in local, state and federal tax preparation, such as 1040-CM, 1120-CM, Form-990, Form-1065 7. Has knowledge in insurance regulations. 8. Has knowledge in CNMI and Federal Labor regulations. 9. Has knowledge in CNMI Permits and Licensing regulations. 10. Good oral and communication skills 11. Good interpersonal qualities. |
