Job Title: ASSISTANT MANAGERS
Job Duties: Handles daily Food Services Operation, monitor compliance with contractual obligation HACCP implementation, and local food safety regulations. Established standard for personnel performance and customer service. Will also coordinate and expedite flow of work and materials within departments according to production schedule. Duties also includes coordination with governing agencies, service location’s head, school administration and handles operational requirements. Handles daily office and cafeteria operations. HACCP record’s custodianship and Manpower schedule. Review documents such as production schedules, or staffing tables to determine Personnel requirements. Duties include collection and bank deposits.

Qualification Requirements: Employees in these occupations need anywhere from a few months to one year of working with experienced employees. A recognized apprenticeship program may be associated with these occupations. experience as Asst. Manager in school Food Service of 250 or more pax. Must have an updated HACCP or FOOD Safety Manager Certification. Candidate should be able to implement and manage HACCP Procedure in a School Food Service Set –up. Preferably with certification in either of following courses: School Nutrition , Food Safety and Customer relations .
