| Job Duties: | Overall in-charge of the accounting and administrative operations of the Company. Report to the management regarding the finances of the Company. Staff management, including hiring and benefits. Formulate and implement new office policies and procedures for the entire operations of the Company. Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and in conformity to reporting and procedural US GAAP standards. Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses. Compute the taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting or other requirements. Provide compilation and review of customer’s financial statements, and perform agreed upon procedures for business individual. Perform customer service. |
