Job Duties: | Provide high-level administrative support to legal service, manpower service and other service companies including bookkeeping, record keeping, tax preparation and filing, handle licensing issues with various government agencies, electronic case management and electronic legal filings, calendering, court and client communication production and review of correspondence, expediting,banking, document delivery and management, manage issues with various government agencies for clients at employers direction. |

Qualification Requirements: | Four year college degree required. Minimum of 1-2 years experience in providing administrative support services to legal service providers, manpower companies and other service specialists. Extensive knowledge of WordPerfect, Word, Excel, Timeslips, Quickbooks, PowerPoint and Outlook software mandatory. Experience with licensing and permitting through various government agencies. Experience with electronic court filing and legal case management. Experience with payroll, accounting and basic tax preparation. Must have own, reliable daily transportation for use on the job. Unexplained gaps in employment will be viewed negatively. Must have references to confirm attendance at prior employment, persons with history of leaves of absence will not be considered. |
