| Job Duties: | - Clean units of condominiums owned or leased by Bridge Capital, LLC and/or its affiliates. - Clean the office, washing and polishing company cars, washing and ironing clothes. - Service, clean and supply restrooms. - Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions according to specifications. - Clean building floors and entry way by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming. - Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges and squeegees, chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. - Monitor condominium security and safety by performing such tasks as making sure the doors are locked and checking electrical appliances ensuring that hazards are not created. - Gather and empty trash. - Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems. Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties. - Sew and/or repair torn clothes, blankets, sheets and curtains. |
