Associates Degree (or equivalent) and two years work experience as a customer service representative in sales and money services business environment OR High School (or equivalent) and four years related work experience; demonstrate a highly professional attitude and personal presentation in all verbal and written communications; knowledge of MSB compliance regulations; knowledge of and ability to efficiently utilize various office equipment; MS Office proficient preferred; flexibility to work any shift; bilingual a plus. Good interpersonal and communication skulls. Communicate effectively both orally and in writing, including giving and receiving feedback. Ability to work as part of a team. Strong staff collaboration is a standard at Marianas International Travel Agency.
