| Job Title: | Automotive Service Advisor |
| Job Duties: | Serve as first line of contact and communication link between customer and dealership during the service process. Prepare write-up of Repair Order and ensure timely and accurate completion of repairs. Maximize department sales of service and parts. Provide excellent customer services to patrons. Provide convenient appointments for service and repair work. Offer courtesy shuttle services when appropriate. Start reception process within three (3) minutes of arrival. Secure customer approval (including cost estimate, vehicle delivery time, and method of payment) before repair work is started, and obtain customer's signature on the repair order. Handle telephone inquiries quickly, courteously and professionally. Communicate with customers regarding additional work or recommended work that needs to be performed and when work is complete. Implement each customer's scheduled maintenance follow-up process. Follow up with customers within 72 hours of delivery after service is performed. Does other duties as assigned from time to time. |

Must have excellent communication skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all dealership personnel and customers.
