Job Duties: | Manages all food & Beverage staff by recruiting , selecting, training , assigning, evaluating, supervising performance and carrying disciplinary action as needed in accordance with the Resort's policies and applicable laws. Manage all food and beverage outlets of the Resort including but not limited to cafe, bar/lounges areas, restaurant, catering and banquet facilities by ensuring that product quality and service standards are met. Prepares weekly forecasts and formulates budget and cost controls. |

Qualification Requirements: | Minimum of 2-4 years work experience in a hotel food and beverage environment. A degree in hotel and restaurant management is preferred. Experience with and good understanding of financial and operational management of a hotel food and beverage operation. Excellent customer service skills and a passion for the hospitality industry. Stable work history and demonstrated achievement in progressively more responsible positions in hotel food and beverage operations along with strong, supportive employment references. Knowledgeable of safe sanitary procedures and health codes, overall compliance of all health regulations for food preparation. Proven ability to effectively build a team environment and makes decisions in a fast paced environment. Proficient with computer software applications. Must be able to work flexible schedule including early morning hours, holidays, weekends and nights. |
