Job Title: Waitstaff
Job Duties: Wait staff experience in order to represent the company’s high standards of personal presentation and behavior at all times during a shift. Take and serve food/drinks orders and up-sell any additional products Learn and retain a comprehensive understanding of all menu items to ensure maximum benefit to the guest and the ability to work effectively. Ability to develop constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and customers Problem solving and decision making skills To willingly assist guests in other areas – e.g. calling taxis, giving directions, making recommendations and generally anticipating their needs. Multilingual skills is a big plus to accommodate both local & foreign national customer base’ needs. Service orientation and excellent organizational skills Hands on experience with cash register and AccuPOS ordering information system Active listening and effective communication competencies Good physical condition Associate degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management graduate or related degree; food safety training will be considered an asset
