| Job Duties: | Ideal candidate must possess a thorough knowledge in the application of basic and advance cleaning services. Basic cleaning refers to the general sweeping of hallways, corridors, dusting and polishing of furniture, desks, mill work, counters, phones, blinds, office equipment, panes, panels, cleaning of interior and exterior glassed or acrylic glassed doors, windows, dividers, collection of trash, replacement of liners, and proper disposals, cleaning of bathrooms and lavatories to include walls, fixtures, floors, urinals, toilets, sinks, mirrors, counters, replenishing of consumable supplies to its appropriate fixture setting, watering office plants, if any, mopping all types of flooring with specific type of disinfectant for certain floor types, solution dilution, and vacuum all carpeted areas, equipment cleaning to ensure 100% mechanical efficiency (replacement of vacuum filters, wash-out interior casing, etc...). Advance cleaning refers to providing carpet extraction services, stripping/waxing/and sealing services, floor polishers with applications, and marble and granite cleaning maintenance, etc... Prospect candidate must fulfill all these duties to ensure adequate working efficiency. |
