Job Duties: | Supervise the work of front office, or customer service employees to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems. Provide leadership, motivation, training and support to the team, monitor reservations agents' productivity on a daily basis to ensure efficiency. Conduct monthly departmental meetings and also daily briefings to provide updated information and ensure colleague engagement. Interpret and communicate work procedures and company policies to staff. Implement departmental policies, procedures, and service standards in conjunction with management. Train or instruct employes in job duties or company policies or arrange training to be provided. Prepare monthly reports and attend meetings. |

Qualification Requirements: | Previous leadership experience in a similar role required. Previous experience with a Property Management system such as Fidelio is an asset. Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications is required. Must have strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities. Is able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, and holidays. |
