Job Duties: | Reports directly to the President of the company. Candidate must have a excellent track record of effective leadership and management of all aspects of a hotel, including Food & Beverage Department. Must be highly organized and possess analytical and expedient approach to problem solving and achieving goals. Ability to constantly research and introduce new and innovative products and services to meet the needs of our guests. Administers and enforces hotel policies and procedures. Establish and maintain good relationship with other local businesses. Oversees the health, safety, and security of guests and employees. Knowledge in financial management, financial reporting and analysis. Promote the hotel brand. Must have proven ability to examine and re-engineer Food & Beverage Operations to continually improve service standards for all areas of the Food & Beverage Department. Must possess strong working knowledge of hospitality industry principles. Participate in departmental meetings. Conduct regular performance appraisals with Hotel and Food & Beverage Managers. Identify areas for personal development and training. |

Qualification Requirements: | Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in Hotel Management. Must possess a university degree or post-secondary hotel school program certificate. Must have expertise in menu planning, event management, corporate and guest hospitality experience. Knowledge of foreign language and human resource experience may be an advantage. |
