Job Title: Housekeeping Manager
Job Duties: Directly supervise and coordinate work activities of cleaning personnel in hotels. •Plan and prepare employee work schedules. •Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure that services are provided in an efficient and timely manner. •Inspect work performed to ensure that it meets specifications and established standards. •Perform or assist with cleaning duties as necessary. •Confer with staff to resolve performance and personnel problems, and to discuss company policies. •Establish and implement operational standards and procedures for the departments supervised. •Investigate complaints about service and equipment, and take corrective action. •Maintain required records of work hours, budgets, payrolls, and other information. •Inspect and evaluate the physical condition of facilities to determine the type of work required. •Check and maintain equipment to ensure that it is in working order. •Performs other related duties that may be assigned.

Qualification Requirements: •At least 18 years old. •Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills •Must be able to work flexible hours and night shift. •No criminal record. •Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
