Job Title: Surveillance Operator
Job Duties: •Monitor establishment activities to ensure adherence to all state gaming regulations and company policies and procedures. •Observe casino or casino hotel operations for irregular activities such as cheating or theft by employees or patrons, using audio and video equipment and one-way mirrors. •Report all violations and suspicious behaviors to supervisors, verbally or in writing. •Act as oversight or security agents for management or customers. •Supervise or train surveillance observers. •Performs other related duties as may be assigned.

Qualification Requirements: 1.High school graduate or its equivalent. 2.At least 1 year prior experience as an Operator 3.Three months probationary period. 4.Upgrading of skills follows during the course of employment 5.At least 18 years old. 6.Good customer service, communication or interpersonal skills 7.Must able to work flexible hours or night shift
