Job Duties: | Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving,and building maintenance in dining facilities. Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes and garnishing presentation of food to ensure that food is prepared and presented in an acceptable manner. Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service or accommodations. Maintains food & equipment inventories and keep records. Other related duties as assigned. |

Qualification Requirements: | With one to two years experience. Ability to demonstrate good supervisory skills and to work effectively as part of a team. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to communicate with both customers and colleagues at all levels of seniority and liaise effectively with other internal departments. Good interpersonal skills, ability to obtain information, determine course of action and follow through to successful resolution, escalating to manager where appropriate. Proven drive and enthusiasm for food sales. Good organisational skills, ability to prioritise and work effectively within a sometimes pressurised environment, while maintaining compliance to company policies and procedures. Good working knowledge of Word and Excel. Able to work in any shift including weekends and holidays. |
