| Job Title: | Korean Sales & Marketing Manager |
| Job Duties: | Determining and implementing market strategies, analyzing trends and results focusing on Korean market which may involve in the field strategy or in house. Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products and services of the Golf Course. Enhance services and selling price by keeping current and Korean demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors. Establishes and adjusts selling prices for the Korean by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand. Collaborates with Sales & Marketing staff in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goal for the Korean market, which include, advertising, sales and promotions. Meeting sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price, contracts and discounts in consultation with Sales & Marketing Manager. Accurately forecasts the Korean annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams. Coordinate proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results. Manage the operations of the transportation, greens keeping and proshop cart attendants. Involve in recruiting and hiring staff for the greens keeping and proshop cart boys department. Responsible for preparing & securing all permits and licenses required by the government and private firm. Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Bechelor's Degree in Marketing, Tourism, Hotel Industry or equivalent. Ten or more years of related work experienced, knowledge of principles and methods of showing, promoting and selling products or services, marketing strategy, tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques and sales control system. A "People Person" who is confident and has a positive personality, and good business awareness. Must have excellent computer skills, and be able to speak and understand English, Japanese and Korean language. Must be able to work on extreme weather condition and flexible to work on shifts, weekends and holidays. |
