| Job Duties: | arrange & coordinates activities engaged in conducting marine & land tour activities for Japanese, Chinese, Korean Tourist, observe performance on tours to assure conformance with company standards, handle pre-arrange package tours & activities surrounding in-bound tours, have the ability to carryout activities numerated in the package tour, prepares reports on tour activities, correspond with tour operators in Saipan, & Japan, makes & confirm reservations, arranges sales of optional tours or services, assist customers on daily basis in explaining all the optional tours and rental items available at the resort, does briefing on the ferry boat in Japanese, Korean & Chinese, regarding the activities and optional tours available on the Island & CBC resort, deal with Korean & Chinese tour agents on daily basis, act as customer liaison if any problems arises, direct ferry boat customers as to what buses to take from the dock to their hotels, must be willing to work flexible hours, perform other duties as assigned or as needed |
