| Job Duties: | * Able to perform general building maintenance (plumbing, electrical, toilet tank, painting, cleaning, and minor repairs of water pump, building and roof). * Able to do general maintenance of generator and aircon including minor repair. * Able to do landscaping & fixing of parking areas. * Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as looking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created. * Put and remove typhoon shutters. * General maintenance of company car including change oil. * Clean the public toilet of building everyday. * Follow procedures for the use and mixing of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. * General maintenance and main repair of bush cutter & lawn mower, other equipment. * Notify managers concerning the need of major repairs or additions to building operating systems. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Minimum High School Diploma, plus 1-2 years recent experience doing general maintenance work in commercial building or other commercial establishments. Must be able to work flexible hours & days. Must be off excellent physical health to lift and use heavy cleaning equipment and furniture and fixtures and high windows. Applicant must be a good moral character, be able to work flexible hours, good work ethics, reliable and stress tolerant.
