| Job Duties: | Manage market floor by performing the following duties: Oversee stocker/employees in the Market department and their duties. Assign stockers market sections and items to display. Receive items when needed to and perform break-out. Confer with company officials to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business. Listen to and resolve customer complaints regarding services, products, or personnel. Provide staff with assistance in performing difficult or complicated duties. Prepare sales and inventory reports for management and budget departments. Plan and prepare work schedules, and assign employees to specific duties. May do other duties as assigned from time to time. |
