| Job Duties: | Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customer inquiries and complaints. Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing service to customers. Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods. Inventory stocks and reorder when inventory drops to specific level. Assign employees to specific duties and instruct them on how to handle difficult and complicated sales. Enforce safety, health and security rules. Examine merchandise to ensure that it is correctly prices and displayed, and that if functions as advertised. Authorized payments and merchandise returns. |
