| Job Duties: | Establish, maintains and monitors cash controls and cash flow. Establish, maintains and reconcile general ledgers. Prepare and reconcile bank statement. Reconcile daily deposits of all check and credit transactions by customers and verify charges. Establish, maintains and reconcile accounts receivables and accounts parables and related duties such as invoicing and collections. Issue payments for all accounts due. Prepare multi-site Financial Statement such as Profit and Loss, Balance Sheets, compiles source documents and enforce financial procedures according to General Accepted Accounting Principles. Prepares Tax Returns and other Governmental License and Compliance. Administers and prepares Monthly, Semi-Monthly and Bi-Weekly payroll in order to ensure that employees are paid in an accurate and timely manner. |
