Job Title: Cage Shift Manager
Job Duties: The Cage Shift Manager must provide friendly, efficient and courteous service to all internal and external customers. Perform all duties in accordance with Company policies and within the realm of the Company's corporate values. Supervise Cashiers while performing Casino Cage transactions on a shift basis with accuracy and efficiency. Applicant must be enthusiastic and display a positive demeanor and maintain composure under all circumstances and fit well in the company’s service and operational culture. Train, motivate and provide a professional work environment for the cashiers. Monitor all activity typically found in a commercial casino cage. Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the following areas, Cashiering Window, Rolling Cage, VIP Cage, Team Member Bank, Chip Bank and or Main Bank functions and duties. He/she must also perform various financial transactions in support of the Casino Table Games Operations, Slot Operations and the casino guests playing in these areas, in addition to performing Rolling Chip Exchanges

Qualification Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent with good communication skills. itle Job Zone Two: Some Preparation Needed Education These occupations usually require a high school diploma. Related Experience Some previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is usually needed. For example, a teller would benefit from experience working directly with the public. Job Training Employees in these occupations need anywhere from a few months to one year of working with experienced employees. A recognized apprenticeship program may be associated with these occupations. Demonstrate excellent service and communication skills. Knowledge of BSA Title 31 Chapter X or the ability to pass an exam subsequent to training. Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Candidate must be fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese. Korean or Japanese a plus. Experience in handling cash and foreign exchange currencies preferred. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays. Must be able to secure a CNMI gaming license. Job Zone Examples These occupations often involve using your knowledge and skills to help others. Examples include sheet metal workers, forest fire fighters, customer service representatives, physical therapist aides, salespersons (retail), and tellers. SVP Range (4.0 to < 6.0) Responsible for supporting the Slot Manager with daily operations. This includes but is not limited to: currency accountability, Team Member development and training, staffing and scheduling, the enforcement of all internal policies, procedures and regulations, and supporting the daily internal workings of the department. Acts as the Slot Manager in his/her absence. Protects company assets. Reports directly to and will perform all additional duties assigned by the Slot Manager. Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time. Must be able to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays. Must be able to secure a CNMI gaming license.
