| Job Duties: | Applicant must be enthusiastic and display a positive demeanor and maintain composure under all circumstances and fit well in the company’s service and operational culture. Must be able to train and motivate dealers in a professional manner and ensure adherence to the procedures as outlined in the Department Operation Manual and the rules and regulations of the games as well as the code of conduct as set out by the Company's policy. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all transactions in assigned gaming table /area, and notify the Pit Manager of any unusual activity. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Title Job Zone Two: Some Preparation Needed Education These occupations usually require a high school diploma. Related Experience Some previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is usually needed. For example, a teller would benefit from experience working directly with the public. Must be able to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays. Must be able to secure a CNMI gaming license. |
